About the Role

This position is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled SAP sales specialist to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As Associate Director, SAP Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering transformational SAP services. This role involves strategic planning, business development, customer relationship management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP consulting services across a specific set of accounts or coverage area.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and expand the SAP portfolio across the region.
  2. Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  3. Solution Design: Develop and implement technical specifications to meet customer requirements. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with SAP technology and provide SAP end-user training and system support.
  4. Financial Acumen: Oversee the financial planning of customer proposals and ensure profitable delivery of the SAP services, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
