Finance and Order Management Specialist with German

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently.
- Review and oversee contract data within our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Handle data entry for new orders and modifications.
- Generate billing invoices and credit notes accurately.
- Support project managers with order-related correspondence.
- Communicate effectively in both German and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding contracts.
- Verify contracts and approvals using our CRM tool.
- Assist in resolving disputes as they arise.
- Maintain accurate master data for our clientele.
- Engage proactively with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications We Seek:
Essential:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Capability to work independently and complete assignments effectively.
- A collaborative team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Previous experience or internships in finance, administration, order management, customer service, or contract administration.
