Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently.
- Review and oversee contract data within our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Handle data entry for new orders and modifications.
- Generate billing invoices and credit notes.
- Assist project managers with order-related correspondence.
- Communicate effectively in both German and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Serve as the primary contact for contractual inquiries from clients.
- Verify contracts and approvals using our CRM tool.
- Support and facilitate dispute resolution processes.
- Maintain accurate master data for our customer base.
- Engage proactively with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Prior experience or internships in finance, administration, order processing, customer service, or contract management.
