Your Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and processing customer orders.
- Reviewing and managing contract data within our ERP system to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handling data for new orders and modifications.
- Generating billing invoices and credit notes.
- Assisting project managers with order-related correspondence.
- Communicating effectively in both German and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Serving as the primary contact for customer contractual inquiries.
- Verifying contracts and approvals using our CRM tool.
- Facilitating and managing dispute resolutions.
- Maintaining accurate master data for our clients.
- Proactively engaging with clients.
What We Are Looking For:
Essential Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments efficiently.
- A collaborative spirit and enjoyment of teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High proficiency in MS Excel.
- Previous experience or internships in finance, administration, order processing, customer service, or contract management.
