Key Responsibilities- Provide second-level support for CRM application issues and manage incidents or change requests from start to finish.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction, particularly for those not directly involved in ongoing projects.
- Communicate regularly with customers to strengthen relationships and inform them about new Microsoft features.
- Develop and implement creative solutions to improve the service offering and provide customers with a great experience and high-quality service.
- Manage contracts and set up new service contracts with customers, as well as ongoing contract management.
- 2+ years of experience in IT projects as a Technical/Functional Consultant, Customer Success Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience in working with and managing clients.
- A business mindset and ability to identify opportunities for upselling and project development.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
