We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Specialist to join our Advertiser Success Team (AST) at Mygwork. As an Account Specialist, you will work closely with our advertisers to help them meet their advertising goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Advertising Strategy: Develop and implement advertising strategies to meet advertiser goals and objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Communication: Communicate regularly with advertisers to provide updates on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
The Advertiser Success Team (AST) is responsible for supporting Amazon's worldwide advertisers in meeting their advertising goals. We have three functions: Onboarding, Pre-EAS, and Managed Optimization. As an Account Specialist, you will be part of the Pre-EAS function, working with tenured advertisers who do not have an in-country Account Manager.
Requirements- Certificado de Discapacidad: Hold a Certificado de Discapacidad issued by the Administration in Spain, pursuant to Royal Decree 1/2013, Nov 29, approving the Spanish PwD Act.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor degree and/or 6 months related work experience.
- Language Skills: B2+ fluency in English and French (in respect to writing, reading, speaking and communication).
- Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Power Point and Word).
- Experience in Online Advertising: 1+ years experience in the online advertising, sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce space.
- Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Digital Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field.
- Global Client Management: Experience managing global clients along with owning their performance goals.
- Data Interpretation: Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Passion for Online Advertising: Passion for online advertising and a track record of delivering results.
