Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations for all business functions assigned, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects.
- Provide subject matter expertise on business functions, serving as a point of escalation for issues that arise.
- Deliver world-class customer service to stakeholders, managing expectations, building partnerships, and resolving issues.
- Lead strategic projects, including client and supplier interactions, supplier business partnerships, function harmonization, and process improvement.
- Measure and track team metrics to maximize team throughput and efficiencies.
- Prioritize stakeholder requests to ensure timely placement of orders and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company and departmental policies.
- Manage a team of 8-12 employees, inspiring and motivating them to perform at their best.
