Customer Support Specialist

Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs) is seeking experienced Customer Care Specialists to work remotely in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The successful candidates would support customers of a renowned e-commerce brand.
About the RoleWe are looking for individuals who can provide exceptional customer assistance through voice, chat, and email in a timely manner. As a key participant within the internal team and wider company, you will take part in department initiatives, provide feedback/updates, promote collaborative solutions, and support colleagues/departments.
Responsibilities- Conduct technical-based customer assistance through various communication channels
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Document each interaction in a dedicated CRM system
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written format in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2). Residing in Bosnia and Herzegovina and being able to take on a job legally without the company's support is also required. Experience in Customer Support and technical support, especially with a help desk or other IT functions, is essential.
