The Small, Medium, Corporate (SMC) and Digital Sales organization is on pace to be Microsoft's next $100 billion-dollar business. As part of local subsidiaries or Digital Sales centers around the world, you will support dedicated customers in identifying and achieving their business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling.

About this Role
  • As an Account Executive, you will facilitate Microsoft to better serve our SMC-Corporate clients, realizing their potential and helping them on their Digital Transformation journey.
  • You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, including building relationships with executives at the Chief-level (CxO) and other Business and Technical Decision Makers within the customers' organizations.

This opportunity will allow you to hone your solution sales and collaboration skills, deepen your cloud and AI expertise, and work up to 50% from home. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Maintain strong customer relationships and advocate for customers within the organization/Microsoft.
  2. Account Management: Listen and learn about the customer's priorities and challenges, consult on how Microsoft solves those challenges, and think strategically about sales territory for accounts.
  3. Maintain Product, Solution, and Industry Expertise: Proactively build and maintain a strong knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy in the industry of assigned accounts.
Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience with year-over-year growth OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) AND sales and negotiation experience or related work.
  • Proficiency in German Language is a requirement.
