Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations professional to join our Supply Chain team in Madrid, Spain.

Job Description

This role is responsible for coordinating and liaising with internal stakeholders, including Sales Team, Finance, Ops Team, IT, etc., as well as customers, leading retailers in Spain and Portugal. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations in terms of customer fulfillment and sales order management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate customer logistics requirements with 3PL coordinators, reporting and coordinating with them the outbound orders.
  • Manage internal factors to fulfill customer expectations, including price, availability, and deliveries.
  • Control and report on Internal Auditors' findings.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have at least two to three years' experience in Sales Administration, ideally with a background in Spanish/Iberia retailers (FMCG). You should also possess EDI background, integrating ERP EDI messages such as orders, invoices, and credit notes. Knowledge of Service Metrics for logistics purposes, including OTD, FR, ST, and other service fulfillment metrics, is essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
