Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Agent to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, responding to their needs and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with general and unique requests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our hotel's facilities, services, and local area, providing personalized recommendations and information to our guests.
  • Analyze customer feedback and reviews to continuously improve our service standards and overall rating.
  • Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local service providers, restaurants, and attractions to enhance our guests' experiences.
  • Work closely with our Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to communicate guest preferences and special requests.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of Front Office/Guest Relations experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
  • Previous experience with pre-opening of a hotel is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
