The Role:

At Personio, we're building a team of talented professionals who share our passion for empowering SMEs to unlock their HR potential. As a Manager, Sales Development, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth by converting prospects into customers.

You'll lead our Madrid-based team in fostering collaboration, innovation, and team success. Your focus will be on guiding your team to achieve sales goals with a focus on product value, supporting each other as we empower SMEs to unlock their HR potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a B2B Sales Development team to drive Personio's growth in Spain
  • Develop and implement demand generation programs for inside and field sales organizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales strategy and execution
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
  • Build and develop a demand generation team with a focus on qualitative interaction with potential prospects
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience leading a B2B Sales Development team
  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team
  • Experience of the full sales cycle - generating leads to closing deals
  • Strong analytical understanding and experience with relevant CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in building and developing a demand generation team
