Sales Motions and Productivity Manager

We are seeking a highly accomplished individual to join our dynamic organization as the Sales Motions and Productivity Manager. As a key member of the Central Global Sales Strategy team, the successful candidate will play a critical role in driving increased sales productivity and effectiveness of our sales motions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Motion Analysis: Continuous analysis of our main sales motions across our organization. Identify which motions are effective and which are not, providing insights and recommendations on areas of improvement.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Map out the key touch points as well as best practices for GTM engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across various GTM strategy, operations, marketing & enablement teams to ensure tight alignment and support of our sales motions.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales motions, AE productivity and the impact supporting programs.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in GTM strategy & ops leadership roles, preferably in the AI or technology industry.
  • In-depth understanding of GTM S&O functional areas, including annual planning, forecasting, pipeline management.
  • Strong ability to understand and translate complex dataset into insights and actionable recommendations.
