About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished individual to join our dynamic organization as the Senior Manager, Sales Motions and Productivity. As a key member of the Central Global Sales Strategy team, the successful candidate will play a critical role in driving increased sales productivity and effectiveness of our sales motions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales motion analysis and improvement strategies to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tight alignment and support of our sales motions.
  • Design and implement performance metrics and tracking systems to measure sales motion effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports on the effectiveness of sales motions and productivity initiatives to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in GTM strategy and ops leadership roles, preferably in the AI or technology industry.
  • In-depth understanding of GTM S&O functional areas, including annual planning, forecasting, pipeline management.
  • Strong ability to understand and translate complex data into insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
