About the Role:

KWS Saat SE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Product and Agroservice Manager. This is a full-time, unlimited role that requires a strong background in agricultural management and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee agricultural areas to ensure optimal crop performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve product positioning and market share.
  • Collaborate with the Country Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company strategy.
  • Lead and coordinate marketing activities, including technical merchandising, catalog development, and head-to-head commercial trials.
  • Support sales representatives in their field activities, including dealer and farmer meetings, and visiting key customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with opinion leader farmers and industry partners.
  • Write and publish technical articles to promote company products and services.
  • Participate in official trials and collaborate with entities to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior technical or customer service role, preferably in the corn industry.
