- Customer Engagement: Connect with customers across Product, GTM, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand their challenges and determine how to provide a frictionless experience to help them achieve their goals.
- Business Context and Guidance: Provide business context, clear guidance, and success criteria to delight our customers, working closely with teams to deliver on the roadmap.
- Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with Engineering to develop a rolling 4-quarter roadmap, drive alignment of key releases, and adjust the roadmap as needed based on key results, customer demand, and changes in execution resources.
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience working with customers to set the roadmap and strategic direction of internal infrastructure products
- Experience in large-scale environments, preferably as part of a SaaS platform
- Ability to communicate effectively to different audiences both verbally and in writing
- Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills and track record of using data to drive decisions
