Job Title: Sales Manager at Bodegas El Cidacos Winery

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Bodegas El Cidacos Winery. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve brand recognition in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Research and analyze the Spanish wine market to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new potential customers
  • Prepare and negotiate sales agreements and contracts
  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain management
  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional events
  • Represent the winery at trade shows and exhibitions
  • Travel throughout Spain to meet with customers and promote the winery's products
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in the wine industry
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of the wine industry and market trends
  • Driver's license required
