Assistant Store Manager

At adidas, we believe that through sport, we can contribute to changing the world. We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our new FO Valladolid store.
About the RoleAs an Assistant Store Manager, you will contribute to the store's profitability and achievement of objectives by:
- Ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded
- Coordinating team members to achieve the best possible balance between service and operations, resulting in a high-quality customer experience
- Supervising and training the team
- Assuming store manager responsibilities in their absence
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Distributing store resources and organizing processes within your area of responsibility to improve efficiency and productivity in different situations
- Having a thorough knowledge of KPIs and making commercial decisions in your area of responsibility
- Recording performance data (e.g., best-selling products, space distribution, etc.) and making necessary adjustments to improve productivity and efficiency
- Being a role model in customer service, increasing sales and brand experience through the use of advanced sales techniques according to the adidas Customer Service model
- Supervising and coordinating the store team to ensure customers receive excellent service
- Understanding customer needs and training your team to meet or exceed them
- Using your advanced enthusiasm for the brand to drive sales and customer loyalty
- Guiding and training team members in your area of responsibility, providing basic and seasonal product knowledge
- Creating an attractive environment for customers by implementing and maintaining Visual Merchandising and ensuring the store's good condition
- Ensuring that product surpluses in the entire store are always complete, immediately available, and easily accessible for consumers, coordinating the implementation and replenishment of stock
- Completing sales transactions quickly and accurately, following online checkout protocols
- Maintaining and complying with all House of Retail procedures (audits, risk prevention, etc.)
