We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager for Innovation Funding to join our team at Destinus. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead the development of proposals and manage projects in the aerospace technology sector.

Key Responsibilities- Draft and coordinate proposal documents to secure funding opportunities at national and European levels.
- Collaborate with engineering, administrative, and project management teams to develop and execute projects under tight timelines and budget constraints.
- Identify and seize funding opportunities through effective networking and market analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, or business administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a proposal manager in the aerospace, space, or defense sectors.
- Proven track record of successful proposals and project execution.
- Native Spanish and fluent English language skills. French or German proficiency is beneficial.
We provide a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
