About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the global training strategy of our Product Inspection Division. Your primary goal will be to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees to drive service and sales competence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global training strategy to align with business objectives
  • Guarantee a global alignment of training content, format, and delivery, including harmonization and standardization of processes
  • Develop training in service and sales to enhance skills and achieve targets
  • Be the driver for service and sales competence and efficiency
  • Execute training in different formats, such as interactive live webinars, live streaming, video-learning content, and physical hands-on/classroom training
  • Develop and edit training material

What You Need to Succeed

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in training and project management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, or Business Administration and several years of experience in a similar role within a matrix-structured organization. Additionally, experience in the packaging industry, automation, process technology, or special machine construction is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an affinity for learning content software, camera, and camera equipment are required. Fluency in English is essential, and other language skills, such as Spanish, are highly valued.
