Job Title: Global Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Training Manager to join our team at Mettler-Toledo International. As a Global Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our Product Inspection Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for the Product Inspection Division
  • Manage and lead the global training community, including stakeholders and competence centers in Malaysia and the US
  • Enhance the global training strategy of the Product Inspection Division
  • Guarantee a global alignment of training content, format, and delivery
  • Develop training in service and sales to enhance skills and achieve targets
  • Be the driver for service and sales competence and efficiency
  • Execute training in different formats, including interactive live webinars, live streaming, video-learning content, and physical hands-on/classroom training
  • Develop and edit training material
Requirements:
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, or Business Administration
  • Several years of experience in a similar training/project management/service/sales role within a matrix-structured organization
  • Experience in the packaging industry, automation, process technology, or special machine construction is highly desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and affinity for learning content software, camera, and camera equipment
  • Fluent in English, with other language skills highly valued
