Global Training Manager

Are you a seasoned training professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a Global Training Manager to join our team at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc.

About the Role

As our Global Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy for our Product Inspection Division. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global training strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, or Business Administration
  • Several years of experience in a similar training/project management/service/sales role within a matrix-structured organization
  • Experience in the packaging industry, automation, process technology, or special machine construction is highly desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning content software
  • Fluent in English; other language skills are highly valued
