Global Training Business Development Manager

Location: Remote (Anywhere in Europe)

As a Global Training Business Development Manager at DNV, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our training services. You will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive global training strategies, driving revenue and profitability while empowering local teams to innovate and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global training strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the creation of new training services and guide country teams in developing localized solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and work closely with sales and delivery teams to execute innovative business ideas.
  • Collaborate with country teams to develop action plans that drive growth, exceed sales targets, and maximize profitability.
  • Build a high-performance culture by coaching and inspiring teams to succeed and drive continuous improvement.

About You:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a growth-focused role, ideally with a strong background in management system certification and training.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in training services and business development, enabling you to drive business performance effectively.
  • Previous experience in a global role, showcasing your ability to navigate diverse markets and cultures.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary, to support our global operations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills to engage with stakeholders across borders.
