Global Training Business Development Manager

Location: Remote (Anywhere in Europe)

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global training services strategy. With a focus on business development and innovation, you will drive revenue growth, profitability, and the success of our training services. Your vision and leadership will empower local teams, inspire new solutions, and contribute to a safer and more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive global training strategies to drive business performance.
  • Lead the creation of new training services and guide country teams in developing localized solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and work closely with sales and delivery teams to execute innovative business ideas.
  • Collaborate with country teams to develop action plans that drive growth, exceed sales targets, and maximize profitability.
  • Build a high-performance culture by coaching and inspiring teams to succeed and drive continuous improvement.

About You:

We are seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for business development and innovation. You should have a growth mindset, extensive knowledge and experience in training services and business development, and a strong commercial awareness. Previous experience in a global role is essential, showcasing your ability to navigate diverse markets and cultures. You should be willing and able to travel, as necessary, to support our global operations.
