About the Role:

We are seeking an innovative Global Enablement and Productivity Specialist to take our global Business Development hubs to the next level of productivity, standardization, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop an ongoing enablement program for the Global Business Development Hubs, working in partnership with Global Field Readiness, Product Marketing, and Brand/Demand Generation.
* Be the go-to person for providing enablement material for prospecting and delivering training for onboarding of new hires and/or ongoing enablement around the different Snow solutions.
* Identify enablement gaps and source external and internal trainers as appropriate.
* Provide ongoing dashboard maintenance, development, and insights into target attainment and forecasts, productivity numbers, funnel progression, data quality, and incentive development and management globally.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of business development and enablement principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
