**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to join our team as a Global Enablement and Productivity Specialist. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a global enablement program to support our Business Development team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to drive effective meetings and quality pipeline.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop an ongoing enablement program for the Global Business Development Hubs, working in partnership with various teams to leverage materials and best practices.

• Provide enablement material and training for prospecting and onboarding of new hires, as well as ongoing enablement around our technology intelligence solutions.

• Identify enablement gaps and source external and internal trainers as needed.

• Support BDR compensation, including creating quarterly sales compensation letters and revising and coordinating final pay-outs across the hubs.

• Maintain and develop dashboards to track key performance indicators, including target attainment, productivity, funnel progression, and data quality.

• Create and maintain incentive platforms for global hubs and develop new competitions and incentives on a regular basis.

**Requirements**

• Proven experience in business development and enablement, with a strong understanding of the demands of the role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address enablement gaps.

• Experience with sales compensation and incentive development, with a strong understanding of global business operations.

• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Salesforce and data analytics platforms.
