Key Responsibilities:- Develop a Business Development strategy both nationally and internationally, acquiring new accounts and managing a portfolio of key accounts while guaranteeing client loyalty.
- Assume high responsibility for your own client portfolio, consisting of diverse accounts from your preferred sector.
- Supervise the selection process execution handled by our Recruitment Consultants and work hand in hand with them, understanding the client's needs.
