Senior Business Development Manager

Catenon, a leading multinational firm, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our German Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing business and clients for the DACH Market, working in a diverse and multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a Business Development strategy both nationally and internationally, acquiring new accounts and managing a portfolio of key accounts while guaranteeing client loyalty.
  • Assume high responsibility for your own client portfolio, consisting of diverse accounts from your preferred sector.
  • Supervise the selection process execution handled by our Recruitment Consultants and work hand in hand with them, understanding the client's needs.
  • Advise on best strategies to find top talent, and decide on the delivery for clients according to Catenon's methodology and quality standards.
  • Attach to workflow and develop each step related to the sales management modalities (CRM completion and KPI management).
  • Train new team members on Catenon's methodology, sales & sourcing strategies. Identify training needs and evaluate the team's performance, providing the necessary support and attention for their professional development.
