Global Commercial Training Senior Director

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Global Commercial Training Senior Director. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, planning, and execution of training programs for Almirall Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global training strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and values.
  • Lead a team of local trainers, providing them with training strategy and supporting their implementation.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of training programs to meet evolving organizational needs.
  • Choose innovative instructional design techniques to optimize the training experience and meet the goals of adaptive learning principles.
  • Continuously measure training performance and KPIs to evaluate trainings and inform future training design.
  • Secure adequate resources and budget dedicated to execute the Training strategy at global and local level.
  • Identify needs and new ways to potentiate FtF and virtual interactions of Field Force with HCPs and elaborate consistent plans and actions to evolve field people way of working, good selling outcomes and winning mindset.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, a degree in Health Sciences would be an asset.
  • 7+ years of training or related experience in the biopharmaceutical or health-related industry.
  • In addition, 3-5 years of management experience leading a team.
  • Pharma Sales or marketing experience (preferably in Biologics and Specialty business).
  • Train the trainer's solid expertise.
  • Experience with training methods and programs.
  • Solid leadership experience driving global strategic, operational, and tactical direct and cross-functional team efforts.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish. German, French or Italian valuable.
  • Expert in leading and dynamizing groups.
  • Excellent communication, coordination agility, and collaboration skills.
  • Up to date on trends and changes in the market, customers, and technologies.
  • Strong leadership to impact and influence.
