Commercial Director

Rank Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead the commercial performance of our brands. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a commercial team to drive the strategy forward for the business
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy to achieve business goals and revenue targets
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and revenue streams
- Oversee market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare and manage the commercial budget, ensuring cost efficiency and financial performance
- Manage and optimise pricing strategies, promotions, and customer acquisition costs
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive revenue-generating initiatives
- Demonstrable experience in a senior-level commercial or operational leadership role
- Proven success in leading and managing an iGaming brand P&L
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, achieving commercial objectives, and designing and implementing strategic plans
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, coupled with an analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making
- Financial acumen with a track record of managing budgets and driving financial performance
