Job Title: Business Development Manager

Join PRIMA Partners Global as a Business Development Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Provide top-notch service to customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and adapting our solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Take ownership of building a detailed deal pipeline within our CRM system and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Drive the execution of business and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide training to customers and internal sales teams on our products and services.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud, Azure, and AI/Copilot.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Business proficiency in Spanish and English languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
