SMB Customer Success and Expansion Specialist

Crossbeam is revolutionizing the way companies go-to-market. As an Associate Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in retaining, expanding, and managing our SMB and self-service customer base.
About the Role:- Proactively engage customers prior to renewals, when they need additional support or when buying signals indicate an upsell opportunity.
- Work closely with our Finance, RevOps, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience.
We're looking for someone who excels in B2B SaaS Sales or Customer Success, with a proven track record of repeatable processes and exceptional written communication skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about business technology, this could be your dream role.
About You:- 1+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS Sales or Customer Success role.
- Exceptional organization, process-driven, and clear professional written communication skills.
- Proven success of objection handling.
Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 annually (Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City) + variable component up to $130,000 OTE
