Company Overview: Mako Smart-Robotics is a leading company in the MedTech sector, offering innovative solutions for joint replacement and robotic-assisted surgeries. We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team and drive high-value capital sales efforts.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description: As an Account Executive at Mako Smart-Robotics, you will lead high-value capital sales efforts within the MedTech sector, targeting C-suite executives in healthcare. Your key responsibilities will include managing the sales cycle, collaborating with local implant teams and hospital administration, developing and maintaining outstanding relationships with customers, and creating new sales opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, health sciences, business administration, or similar, 7+ years of sales experience in the MedTech field, minimum 5 years of capital sales experience, excellent presentation and communication skills in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level), executive C-Suite selling experience, and strong understanding of financial operations of hospitals.
