Regional Sales Director for Aerial Work Platforms

Dingli is a leading manufacturer of aerial work platforms in the global market, established in 2005. With advanced R&D centers in MAGNI (Italy), MEC (USA), TEUPEN (Germany), and others, Dingli innovates at the forefront of the industry.
We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Manager to contribute to our success and expansion in Spain. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead sales strategies, build customer relationships, and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet company objectives
- Establish strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular visits and meetings
- Negotiate contracts ensuring favorable terms and conditions
- Collect sales revenue and monitor market trends to stay ahead
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and market insights to management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven sales experience in the machinery industry, preferably with knowledge of aerial work platforms
- Strong understanding of the Spanish market and established networks within the region
- Excellent business acumen and market trend understanding
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
The estimated salary range for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include travel opportunities throughout the region and the chance to be part of a dynamic team.
