Avantio, a leading provider of solutions for holiday rentals, is seeking a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join its team in the Italian market.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and positive individual with strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and video calls. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer requests, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Manage customer requests and escalate complex issues to the technical team
- Follow up on incidents to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide product training and support to customers
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Italian and Spanish
- High-level English language skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Strong service-oriented mindset
- Experience working in a team environment
