We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Partner to support our Founding Executive in navigating high-priority relationships, spearheading strategic initiatives, and conducting technical research. This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in business development, sales, or external-facing roles, as well as a passion for DeFi or protocol-level infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prepare communications: Develop and edit correspondence, presentations, and memos to effectively convey the company's vision and goals.
  • Manage high-value relationships: Foster and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Research and briefing: Conduct in-depth analysis of new and existing technologies within the industry, presenting findings on industry trends and competitive analysis.
  • Meeting follow-up: Ensure timely and detailed note-taking, proactively following through on action items.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical BD or product role in a relevant industry (crypto, DeFi, TradFi)
  • Proven ability to conduct in-depth research and present findings effectively
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and communicate technical information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120-180k (USD) paid in stablecoins or fiat, along with meaningful token options ($UMA and $ACX).
