About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Spain. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Spanish market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in mid-size and larger organizations in Spain.
  • Utilize data and sales intelligence tools to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to showcase the value of GoodHabitz's unique training experiences.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
