MSX International Inc. is seeking a seasoned Swedish-speaking Customer Support Manager to lead our team in Madrid or Barcelona.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent language skills, both written and spoken, with a strong command of English.

As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating a team of agents to deliver top-notch customer support.

You will supervise and support the team, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to project guidelines.

Your duties will include providing ongoing support, motivation, and mentorship to team members, as well as creating comprehensive manuals and documenting procedures.

You will also train new hires and existing team members, track and analyze team performance metrics, and compile data to generate reports on team performance.

This is a full-time, indefinite contract position offering a competitive salary range of €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
