About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at TravelPerk. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and customer satisfaction in the Benelux and Nordic markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our SMB customers, identifying opportunities to increase engagement and drive business growth.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and goals, and develop strategies to address their challenges and improve their experience with TravelPerk.
  • Stay up-to-date with our portfolio of products and services, and use this knowledge to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to our customers.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services to our customers.
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience in account management or customer success, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience working in the travel industry or with SaaS products is a plus.
