About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager, Network Growth Specialist to join our team at Ecovadis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our network of assessed companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth and improve sustainability practices.
- Identify and target high-value customers to increase conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of customers to maximize conversion and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be proactive in nurturing and building a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive long-term business growth and loyalty.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding customer networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret data and identify business opportunities.
- Fluency in English and Dutch, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
