About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Network Growth team at EcoVadis. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our network by acquiring new Dutch and English-speaking suppliers and ensuring their successful onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, tickets, webinars, and other channels to accompany them during the onboarding process, solve their queries, and increase response rates for the Benelux and UK markets.
  • Identify and target high-value customers with a customized approach and take appropriate steps to engage them successfully using sales tactics.
  • Manage, monitor, and drive your portfolio to maximize conversion.
  • Be proactive in nurturing and building your pipeline, re-engaging customers, and maximizing inflow.
  • Be autonomous in managing all tasks efficiently, displaying commercial awareness to identify business opportunities proactively.
  • Identify risks to customers' successful completion of the EcoVadis evaluation process and actively work to mitigate issues before they happen; become a CSR expert to overcome objections.
  • Capture and record internal and customer-sourced insights, then proactively report and contribute as necessary with the Team Leader, Management, and other EcoVadis Business Units (Sales, Customer Success, etc.) to bridge gaps that may exist between customer expectations and participation.
  • Be accountable for driving a set of KPIs (Conversion rate, Quality score, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or upselling/inside sales preferred - comfortable with proactive outreach to EcoVadis network members.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Passion for excellent customer service.
  • Ability to interpret data to identify actions.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups.
  • Team player.
  • Autonomous and proactive.
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM software preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to improve customer experience.
  • Proactive in suggesting, designing, and implementing ideas and improvements.
