Job Description

EcoVadis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Benelux and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to accompany them during the onboarding process and increase response rates.
  • Identify and target high-value customers and take appropriate steps to engage them successfully.
  • Manage and monitor your portfolio to maximize conversion and be proactive in nurturing and building your pipeline.
  • Be autonomous in managing all tasks efficiently and display commercial awareness to identify business opportunities.
  • Identify risks to the customers' successful completion of the EcoVadis evaluation process and actively work to mitigate issues.
  • Become a CSR expert to overcome objections and capture and record internal and customer-sourced insights.
  • Report and contribute to the Team Leader, Management, and other EcoVadis business units to bridge gaps between customer expectations and participation.
  • Be accountable for driving a set of KPIs, including conversion rate and quality score.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales or upselling/inside sales, with a comfortable level of proactive outreach to EcoVadis network members.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a passion for excellent customer service.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to interpret data to identify actions.
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups, with a team player attitude and autonomy to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM software is preferred, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
