Job Overview

EcoVadis is seeking a Supplier Engagement Specialist to enhance our supplier network. This role focuses on attracting new suppliers who speak Dutch and English, expanding our evaluated company network, boosting response rates, and improving the overall onboarding experience at EcoVadis. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their journey with EcoVadis, fostering strong, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients through multiple channels to assist them during the onboarding phase and encourage the use of EcoVadis solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value clients, customize outreach strategies, and apply effective sales techniques to ensure successful engagement.
  • Oversee and manage your portfolio to maximize conversion rates.
  • Proactively develop and maintain your pipeline, capitalize on business opportunities, and exhibit commercial awareness.
  • Anticipate and mitigate any risks that may hinder the client's evaluation process.
  • Gather and share insights to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Be responsible for meeting key performance indicators.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in sales or upselling/inside sales.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
  • Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Passionate about enhancing customer experiences and suggesting innovative solutions.
