Job Title: Executive Support Specialist
Salary Range: Up to $1,700 USD per month

Position Overview:
The Executive Support Specialist will provide critical support in various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the team's efficiency. This role involves data verification, entry, validation, reporting, and maintaining accountability for tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Assist with data verification for teachers, schools, and districts. Help with data entry, validation, and reporting across internal systems.
- Maintain and manage a list of Asana tasks. Ensure accuracy in order data and contract data for customers.
- Communication: Promptly communicate through email and during Zoom meetings. Facilitate clear communication with team members and management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with software tools like Google Apps, Notion, Slack, and Asana, or the ability to quickly learn them.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail in reports, data, and tasks.
- Clear communication skills and follow-through.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Positive attitude.
