Strategic Enterprise Sales Consultant

At Unilock Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Enterprise Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the Enterprise Software industry.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and customers. You will work closely with our product development team to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their evolving requirements.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve individual and team sales targets
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Enterprise Software sector
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions to clients
* Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide personalized product demonstrations
* Foster long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B software industry
* Proven track record of success in closing large deals and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and their applications in the Enterprise Software sector
* Fluency in English (Spanish language skills are an asset)
