Salary: We offer a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Scale Partner Development Representative, you will be responsible for fostering and nurturing a large network of AWS Partners across various technology stacks. This role requires expertise in identifying, prioritizing, and building relationships at scale with partners.
You will drive high-visibility AWS Partner initiatives that directly impact customer experiences and partner community performance. This involves coordinating impact assessments, deep dives, and providing problem-solving and project management support to teams on business-critical projects.
The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking and excellent communication skills. Success criteria for this position are heavily metrics-driven, requiring contributions to scalable processes managing a large volume of partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize and innovate ways of onboarding and managing Consulting Partners, including Systems Integrators, Business Consulting, and Managed Services Providers transitioning to the cloud.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop partner strategies and processes.
- Utilize CRM systems and analytic tools to establish detailed metrics.
- Coordinate strategic deep dives and impact assessments against selected business-critical issues.
- Create targeted assignment plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, reporting, and communications.
