About the Role:

Illumo Robotics, a rapidly growing startup, is seeking a highly motivated Digital Transformation Executive to lead commercial growth and optimize opportunity handling. This key position aims to structure our sales approach and drive results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Ownership: Identify and engage with logistics providers and e-commerce players to build a robust pipeline.
  • Market Insights: Continuously learn about market trends and client needs to deliver impactful presentations demonstrating how Illumo Robotics' products address operational challenges.
  • Closing Deals: Lead contract negotiations with confidence, securing agreements that reflect the strengths and value of Illumo Robotics' offerings.
  • Client Relationships: Foster trust and ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client success.
  • Innovation: Gather field data creatively to refine sales strategies, enhance product offerings, and uncover potential for upselling or cross-selling aligned with client needs.

About You:

  • A bachelor's degree and at least 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient (C1) in English.
  • Tech-savvy and passionate about digital innovation, you're curious about Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) and cutting-edge solutions.
  • You thrive on building connections, actively listening to clients, and delivering strategic, data-driven results. Resilient, ambitious, and proactive, you face challenges with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
