Job Summary
Teleperformance Spain is seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly and hit target levels of activity daily and weekly.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects.
- Educate customers on our solutions and execute daily outbound phone calls and emails.
- Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and build value for next steps in the sales process.
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and cloud-based solutions.
