Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Teleperformance-Crit in Barcelona. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth across the EMEA region.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) that involves working in a hybrid environment in Barcelona. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, identifying high-potential prospects, and educating customers on our cloud solutions. You will also be required to execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, contact C-level decision makers, and assess customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quotas and maintain a high level of daily and weekly activity
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects
  • Educate customers on our cloud solutions and execute daily outbound phone calls and emails
  • Contact C-level decision makers, build rapport, and assess customer needs
  • Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available cloud solutions
  • Build value for next steps in the sales process and update and maintain prospect and customer data in our CRM database

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Native level of Dutch and fluency in English
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
  • Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and integrity
  • Ability to work against an assigned quota in a phone-based environment
