Salary Range: €22,000 - €24,000 per year + Bonus

About the Role:

We're seeking an exceptional Sales Specialist to join our team in Burgos (+ Logroño, Vitoria) and help grow our impact across the region. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building connections and growing our community by signing up cafes, convenience stores, bakeries, and other independent food retailers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Become the first point of contact for potential partners, primarily through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Introduce Too Good To Go's proposition to potential partners, train them on using our app, and advise on finding the best solution for food waste.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to research the market, identify decision-makers, and generate interest in Too Good To Go.

  • Expert relationship builders who can quickly connect and empathize with potential partners.
  • Confident cold-callers who can make high volumes of calls.
  • Excellent listeners and communicators who can ask the right questions to identify prospects' needs while presenting our proposition clearly and passionately.
  • Proactive business development skills, including calling and visiting new prospects with tenacity.
  • Team players who embody our values of being passionate, growth-minded, resourceful, and creative.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or business development, preferably with phone pitching and closing opportunities.
  • Cold-calling experience, demonstrating resilience and motivation to achieve high call volumes.
  • Ability to manage your own sales pipeline and prioritize prospects based on insights.
  • Genuine motivation to contribute to our mission of reducing food waste.
  • Fully proficient in Spanish, with fluency in Catalan as a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
