Nobu Hotel Barcelona, a 23-story iconic building, offers 360-degree views of the city and the Mediterranean. Located in the Sants-Montjuic district, it's close to the historical center, popular museums, and shopping. The hotel features 259 spacious guestrooms and suites with panoramic windows, cutting-edge technology, and complimentary amenities.

The hotel's amenities include a Nobu restaurant with a signature sushi bar, lounge, and private dining room, offering unmatched views from the top floor. The Kozara and terrace offer light bites, and the Spa features a steam room, sauna, indoor pool, and fitness center.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate the telephone switchboard to answer calls and process guest requests.
  • Process wake-up calls, screening calls, and other requests related to telephone calls.
  • Advise guests of any messages received and send them to their room if required.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and completely.
  • Log all guest requests or issues into Hubs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with HSK on lost items and provide information to guests about room features and property amenities.
  • Assist guests with accessing the internet and answer guest emails.
  • Book and manage requests for external and internal services, such as restaurants, car rentals, and massages.
  • Prepare VIP guest lists and communicate them to other departments with assigned amenities and handwritten welcome notes.
  • Respond to positive reviews on Booking, Expedia, Google, and TripAdvisor.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Studies in Hospitality or Management.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or service industry, preferably in hospitality.
  • Spanish and English fluency.
